Qortia follows these business rules and complies with other ethical and legal standards. Qortia has an opportunity to improve the Code of Conduct and also, audit and check materials to confirm your compliance. Moreover, Qortia can remove any business partner if he/she breaks the rules or is inconsistent with this Code of Conduct.

Abide by the law
First of all, Qortia requires that you need to comply with all applicable national, federal, state, and local laws, rules, regulations, and ordinances (collectively, the “Law”). Just remember that not all situations can be described in this Code, but you should know the Law and be familiar with appropriate resources which are necessary to ensure your actions follow the Law.

Qortia expects all business partners to obey the necessary laws governing the import and export of items and services.

Fair Competition and Anti-Corruption rules
We want all our business partners to be honest in advertising, marketing, and competition practices. You should follow all applicable anti-corruption laws and regulations. The partners can’t take part or condone the use or payment of illegal proceeds.
